Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Upload images of any person without their explicit consent.
• Generate content depicting real people in defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or politically misleading contexts.
• Create content depicting minors in any sexualized or harmful context.
• Create deepfakes intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate.
• Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempt to bypass content filters, rate limits, or security measures.

Tokens & payment

Generation and refacing operations consume tokens. Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law. We may adjust pricing with notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of images you upload and generate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and display them as needed to provide the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
